Venerable was the Founder and palace master of Heavenly Palace,he was a powerhouse many thousands of years ago but he was sneak attacked and suffered heavy losses.He accepted Du Shaofu as his disciple when Du Shaofu came to the Dark Forest looking for venerable vestige,he also got a sacred grade artifact from Venerable,the same sacred artifact was suppressed by venerable in his vestige by spirit body as the sacred artifact was invaded by an evil soul.
Later with their combined efforts including Du Xiaoyao they were able to baptise the weapon and Du Shaofu wasb able to take control.Later he promised his Master Qi Zhe that he would find a way to help him from his injuries.
